Mere Pass Tum Ho sequel is on the cards said veteran Lollywood and TV Actor Humayun Saeed in his recent interview at ARY News Program ‘Har Lamha Purjosh’.
Show host Waseem Badami asked a question in his show that is there any possibility of sequel to blockbuster hit drama serial Mere Pass Tum Ho? Humayun Saeed replied yes in his response. He said that sequel of Mere Pass Tum Ho will be written by Khalil Ur Rehman as well.
Mere Pass Tum Ho Was A Hit: Humayun Saeed
He further said that drama writer Khalil Ur Rehman didn’t want to die Danish character in play but it was Nadeem Baig and Humayun Saeed who insisted that Danish must die in drama to make the ending climax more attractive and impactful.
Humayun Saeed said that final episode was watched by more than 13 Cr people in Pakistan including 8 Cr viewership record on TV which is highest ever rating in Pakistan drama history.
Humayun Saeed also said that ‘I was called and asked by hundreds of people about climax of this drama mere pass tum ho.’
Humayun Saeed was also asked about slap scene performed between him and Adnan Siddiqui, he said ‘The slap to character shehwar being performed by Adnan Siddiqui was not real and it was fabricated’.
In on-going conversation Humayun further said that there was nothing wrong with the ‘2 Takkay Ki Aurat’ dialogue as it was misinterpreted by a specific community.
‘Sonya Hussain is a very good actress and was initial choice for Mehwish character in Mere Pass Tum Ho and could have been option too for this role’; Humayun Said.
Mere Pass Tum Ho included huge star cast like Humayun Saeed, Ayeza Khan, Adnan Siddiqui, Hira Mani, Sheez, Sawera Nadeem.
Humayun Saeed who is currently busy in filming of his upcoming film London Nahi Jaunga is all set to release on Eid Ul Azha 2020 being directed by Blockbuster machine Nadeem Baig under Six Sigma Production and Salman Iqbal Films.
